The concept for the Meatball Syndicate began about 15 years ago from my love of meatballs and passion for cooking. Continuous experimentation with different ground meats and spices to find the perfect meatball has finally lead me to this moment to share these delicious flavors with the rest of you.
Justin is a classically trained chef with over 20 years of culinary experience. Graduating from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in 2000, Justin has worked all over the country before settling in the desert in 2012 and eventually taking the role as Executive Chef at Indian Wells Country Club.
